- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products usinng In food techniques.
- Conduct method development, validation, and optimization for analytical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all analytical activities.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments, including GC and HPLC equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Document and report analytical results accurately, maintaining detailed records.
- Participate in quality control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Train and mentor junior staff in analytical techniques and laboratory procedures.
