Job Description – Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 2+ Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week - Alternate Saturdays Off
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different types of design projects. You’ll work on packaging, print, social media, digital and advertising creatives while getting the opportunity to learn and explore new areas of design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create designs for packaging, product inserts, print materials, and brand collaterals.
- Design static creatives for social media, emailers, and websites.
- Support OOH and marketing creatives such as billboards and outdoor displays.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts, and overall brand look.
- Prepare designs for print and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Use AI tools for image editing, creative variations, background generation, and improving design workflows.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer and other teams to understand requirements and deliver work on time.
- Be open to experimenting with different design styles and formats.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva and AI design tools.
- Basic understanding of packaging and print design.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual design.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing creative, diverse, and high-quality design work.
Good to Have:
- Experience with packaging, FMCG, food, or consumer brands.
- Experience with print production and OOH creatives.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio.
- Willingness to learn and explore new areas of design.
