As an HR Coordinator, you will support the full employee lifecycle by coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new hires, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional HR support. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition events, and internal communications.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, headcount reports, and workforce analytics.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with performance management cycles, training programs, and learning & development initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.
- Maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and other HR projects as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and employment regulations.
- Experience using HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or HR management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Personnel Management.
- Experience with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or BambooHR.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, employee engagement strategies, and performance management systems.
- HR certifications or relevant professional training are an added advantage.
