Core Responsibilities Shipment Hold Resolution: Monitor global shipment holds daily; perform root cause analysis (RCA) on non-compliant shipments and facilitate unblocking within 4 hours.Remote Auditing: Conduct remote DG audits of internal & external partners, specifically verifying adherence to SOPs, and tracking Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) to closure.DG Training Administration: Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" for FTE and TVC training records; assign training upon expiry and track completion.SOP Governance: Design, author, and govern Dangerous Goods Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal teams and external logistics partners.Packaging Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of DG packaging at distribution centers and trigger re-stocking orders to prevent stock-outs.Compliance Automation: Develop and deploy automated solutions (e.g., macros, scripts, AI Agent) to detect non-compliance (e.g., duplicate image uploads) or improve operational efficiency.
