Experience: 2+ years of experience

JD:
- Data Management: Manage the HRIS/HR database, ensuring 100% data accuracy and integrity, including employee records from onboarding to exit.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on recruitment, headcount, attendance, and turnover.
- Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvements.
- Systems Maintenance: Ensure all HR digital platforms are updated, secure, and fully operational.
- Support: Support the HR team with data retrieval, data cleaning, and ad-hoc report generation
