The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales and project lifecycle. The role serves as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Attend inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate consultant or designer.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and showroom visits.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates regarding design, production, and installation progress.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project journey.
Lead & CRM Management
- Record and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Track inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and project status.
- Generate daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and database management.
Feedback & After-Sales Support
- Collect customer feedback after project completion.
- Coordinate service requests and after-sales support.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure closure.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal departments.
- Escalate critical customer issues to the Branch Head when required.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, or Interior Industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
