Job Description
Role & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for)
- Speaking to Nova's prospective clients and learning their unique requirements
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition, to influence decision makers
- Strategizing individual sales pipeline along with the manager
- Anticipating the challenges in sales and solving for them proactively for their own accounts, along with the manager
- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
- Act as a strong contributor to Nova’s sales engine
Requirements:
- Strategically and consistently overachieving sales targets, with an experience of 3-6 years
- Knows how to influence critical clients and stakeholders. Have sold products to CXOs in the past
- Background in insurance or insurtech industry is mandatory
- "Hunger" to achieve, inherently persistent, passion for working for a startup
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
- Experience in EB products in insurance is mandatory
