Role Overview
Aashish Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead brand building, marketing initiatives across its real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be strategic, result-oriented, and capable of driving both digital and offline marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, performance campaigns, and events.
- Manage agency partners, marketing budgets, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
