Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of dye chemicals, packaging materials, and related consumables required for manufacturing operations. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination skills to ensure uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of dye chemicals, packaging materials, and related consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams for material planning and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Track order status and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in dye chemicals, packaging materials, textiles, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
