Job Responsibilities:
- Handling new employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files.
- Preparing and updating Excel reports, trackers, and MIS data.
- Managing courier dispatches and maintaining courier records.
- Distributing and collecting appointment letters, joining forms, and other HR documents.
- Following up with employees for pending documents and duplicate copies.
- Assisting in attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Coordinating with departments for HR and administrative activities.
- Maintaining office records and filing systems.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Salary: As per company standards.
Preferred Location: Candidates from Hyderabad or nearby locations.
Pay: ₹10,859.78 - ₹33,163.22 per month
