We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Manager to support and strengthen our people and administrative functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and managing office administration efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of balancing both HR responsibilities and administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate attendance, leave, reimbursements, incentives, overtime, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, calibration, promotions, salary revisions, and increment cycles.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, HR documentation, HRMS (Keka), reporting, and exit management.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, recognition, feedback initiatives, and employer branding to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, conflict management, investigations, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, talent management, and HR analytics.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with PF, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and other applicable labour laws, including statutory audits and documentation.
- Support UAE HR operations, including labour law compliance, visa/work permit processing, WPS, payroll, end-of-service benefits, and HR documentation.
- Plan and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, including training needs, annual training calendars, and employee skill development.
- Manage resignations, notice periods, full & final settlements, exit interviews, attrition analysis, and asset recovery.
- Administer Keka HRMS, including attendance, leave, payroll, PMS, reporting, HR analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact, mentor the HR team, collaborate with business leaders, and foster a high-performing, compliant, and employee-centric workplace culture.
- Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field
