We are looking for a creative visionary to lead our digital presence and tell our brand’s story to a global audience.
The Role
As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice and lens of our brand. You will bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern digital storytelling, managing our presence across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a premium social media calendar aligned with collection launches and seasonal drops.
- Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and shoot high-quality "Behind-the-Scenes" (BTS) content, fittings, and product showcases that highlight intricate fabric details and handiwork.
- Photography & Videography: Directly plan, shoot, and edit compelling visual content, including Reels and short-form videos, ensuring a luxury aesthetic.
- Platform Management: Expertly manage daily posting, community engagement, and inquiries across all social channels to maintain a high-end brand image.
- Growth & Collaboration: Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with luxury positioning.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) to refine strategies and report on growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–5 years in social media management, preferably within the luxury fashion or high-end lifestyle sector.
- Creative Expertise: Exceptional photography and smartphone videography skills. Proficiency in editing apps like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Lightroom.
- Digital Mastery: In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and paid media (Meta Ads Manager).
- Aesthetics: A keen eye for luxury fashion trends, heritage craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging captions and brand narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing previous work with fashion/couture brands.
- Experience managing large-scale Instagram accounts.
- Background in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Communications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
