1. Loading Work
- Get materials loaded into vehicles.
- Finish loading on time.
- Solve any problem during loading.
2. Material Handling (Inward & Dispatch)
- Get incoming material unloaded properly.
- Keep material at the right place.
- Help QC team in checking material.
- Keep material ready for dispatch.
3. Correct Material
- Load correct material in correct quantity.
- Make sure no wrong or less material goes.
4. Workers Handling
- Give work to loaders and helpers.
- Make sure work is done properly.
- Manage shift change smoothly.
5. Safe Loading
- Load material properly and in balance.
- Make sure material does not get damaged.
- Ensure workers follow safety and wear PPE.
6. Coordination
- Work with Store and Loading Incharge.
- Make sure vehicle is ready and loaded on time.
- Inform senior if there is any issue.
7. Basic Records
- Note vehicle number and loading details.
- Help in dispatch papers.
8. Yard Management
- Keep loading area clean.
- Manage vehicle movement properly.
- Avoid crowd and confusion.
