Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Explain company services including SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Website Development, GMB Optimization, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
- Identify client requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong telecalling and sales aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Good computer skills including MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or digital marketing sales will be an added advantage.
