Role Summary
The Architectural BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, managing, and refining detailed Revit-based architectural BIM models for high-rise residential projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and constructability. You will translate design intent into comprehensive LOD 300–400 models, generate drawing deliverables, and support coordination with structural and MEP disciplines. Your work will directly impact design quality, reduce rework, and support cost and time control for client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Architectural BIM models in Revit for high-rise residential towers (20+ storeys), including basements, podiums, typical floors, and amenity levels at LOD 300–400.
- Prepare GA plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models, ensuring drawing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models, identify and resolve basic clashes/coordination issues, and support BIM leads in multi-disciplinary coordination meetings.
- Implement and follow BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and workset strategies for efficient model version control and team collaboration.
- Incorporate Indian building byelaws, DCR, fire norms, and high-rise planning standards into the BIM model and drawing outputs, supporting compliance and approvals.
- Support project planning and delivery by tracking model progress, updating design changes, and maintaining clean, well-structured models ready for consultant/client reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, libraries (families), and quality control processes to reduce rework and enhance model reliability for downstream uses (quantities, coordination, and construction).

- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM modeling using Revit for high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) in India
- Strong command over Revit Architecture including families, worksets, view templates, phasing, and sheet setup for LOD 300–400 deliverables
