We are looking for an Operations Associate to monitor and strengthen the systems, processes and operating standards across a growing portfolio of F&B outlets.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that processes established by management are consistently followed at outlet level, identifying gaps in execution, and working with outlet teams to resolve them.
This is a hands-on, field-oriented role involving regular outlet visits, interaction with managers and staff, review of operational data, and close follow-up on corrective actions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Process Monitoring
- Monitor adherence to company SOPs and established operating procedures across all outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet audits and process checks.
- Ensure operational checklists are completed accurately and consistently.
- Identify gaps between defined processes and actual execution.
- Follow up with outlet teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain an updated tracker of operational issues and their closure.
Outlet Audits & Compliance
Conduct regular checks covering:
- Opening and closing procedures
- Hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Food handling and storage
- Kitchen processes
- Inventory and stock management
- Billing and POS procedures
- Cash handling
- Purchase and receiving procedures
- Portion control
- Wastage monitoring
- Staff attendance and scheduling
- Customer service standards
- Equipment and maintenance
- Documentation and record keeping
Prepare clear audit reports highlighting issues, root causes, responsible persons and required corrective actions.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock-taking processes across outlets.
- Review physical stock against system records.
- Identify unusual variances, wastage and potential leakages.
- Monitor consumption against sales.
- Review portion-control practices.
- Track and verify wastage reporting.
- Work with outlet and purchase teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis
- Review daily and weekly outlet reports.
- Monitor key outlet performance metrics.
- Identify unusual variations or trends requiring management attention.
- Ensure outlet managers submit reports accurately and on time.
- Consolidate outlet-level information for management review.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for operational performance.
Process Improvement
- Identify recurring operational problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Help standardise processes across outlets.
- Develop and improve SOPs, checklists and reporting formats.
- Support management in implementing new systems and processes.
- Track whether newly implemented processes are actually being followed.
Coordination & Follow-up
- Work closely with outlet managers and HODs to maintain operational standards.
- Follow up on pending operational issues and corrective actions.
- Help outlet managers understand and implement processes effectively.
- Escalate recurring or serious issues to senior management.
- Drive accountability for closure of identified issues.
Technology & Systems
- Monitor proper usage of POS, inventory and other operational systems.
- Identify gaps in system usage and data entry.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of operational data.
- Support management in improving the use of technology for operational control.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
