Role: Inside Sales Executive Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site) Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome) CTC: ₹4.5 – 6.5 LPA (inclusive of all components) Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India
- Deliver product demos of Swipe's invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone/video
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets
- Leverage regional language fluency to increase conversions in target markets
Language Requirements:
- English & Hindi — Mandatory
- Tamil / Marathi / Malayalam / Kannada — Preferred (advantage)
- Candidates fluent in 3+ languages will be prioritised
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Prior inside sales / telecalling / B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or CRM tools is a plus
- Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.)
