We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the premium chocolate industry. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in driving sales growth, brand visibility, distribution expansion, and trade marketing for premium chocolate brands.
Candidates with prior experience in brands such as Godiva, Lindt, Ferrero, Paul And Mike, or similar premium confectionery and luxury FMCG companies will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Expand business across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), premium retail stores, gourmet outlets, HORECA, corporate gifting, and e-commerce channels.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail chains.
Plan and execute brand activations, product launches, in-store promotions, sampling campaigns, and exhibitions.
Drive merchandising and visibility initiatives to increase brand presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer insights.
Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and track marketing ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, supply chain, finance, and production.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in premium chocolate, confectionery, gourmet food, or luxury FMCG categories.
Strong experience in distributor management, retail expansion, and trade marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.
