A Personal Loan Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential clients, pitching unsecured loan products, and guiding customers through the application process. The primary goal is to convert leads into loan disbursements while meeting daily calling and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pitching: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, explain personal loan features, and assess their financial needs. [1]
- Eligibility & Documentation: Gather necessary financial documents (e.g., bank statements, payslips, KYC) and verify customer eligibility. [1, 2, 3]
- Application Logging: Log loan cases into the CRM system and guide the file through underwriting and approval processes. [1, 2]
- Follow-ups & Closing: Maintain regular contact with prospects to resolve queries, negotiate rates, and close sales. [1, 2]
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional financial products like credit cards, insurance, or overdraft facilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
