Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and deliver business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Digital marketing industry knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales.
