Job Title: Office Assistant cum Admin
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant cum Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves handling petty cash, coordinating with the accounts department and banks, managing office supplies, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash transactions, maintain records, and coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation.
- Coordinate with banks for documentation, correspondence, and related activities.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Greet and welcome visitors/guests courteously as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Assist in managing office correspondence, including letters, emails, and courier handling.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Maintain and update office files and records in an organized manner.
- Take messages and ensure timely delivery to concerned employees.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support various departments as needed.
- Maintain office assets and coordinate for repairs, servicing, and AMC follow-ups.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support administrative activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant / Admin Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic accounting and petty cash handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
