Job Summary
Adfinity is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day finance, accounting, billing, taxation and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in accounts and finance, including strong working knowledge of GST regulations, reconciliations and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes and other billing documents accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Manage vendor bills, payment schedules and expense accounting.
- Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring compliance with applicable GST regulations.
- Perform GST reconciliations, including input tax credit and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare management reports, cash-flow statements and other financial summaries.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors and government authorities as required.
- Assist with statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Manage Admin and collection responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, billing and GST compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books or a similar ERP/accounting platform.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reconciliations and financial reports.
- Experience in TDS compliance and return filing will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with payroll accounting and other statutory requirements will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
