## Job Description: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Hospitality **Location:** Jaipur **Salary:** ₹20 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) **Experience Required:** 12 Years (Stable career graph with no frequent job-hopping) **Education:** Master’s Degree / Post Graduate **Key Requirement:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ### Position Overview The AGM Hospitality will be responsible for defining, standardizing, and elevating the customer journey and hospitality excellence across all sales offices and experience centers. This leadership role demands a blend of operational mastery, financial acumen, vendor management, and a customer-first mindset aligned with luxury real estate and premium hospitality standards. ### Key Responsibilities * **Customer Experience & Service Excellence:** Develop and implement a standardized hospitality framework across all touchpoints to drive customer delight, brand perception, and improve CSAT and NPS. * **Operational Standardization:** Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs, operational checklists, and service standards across all locations for scalability and efficiency. * **Service Quality & Audit Management:** Conduct regular site visits and internal hospitality audits to evaluate performance, ensuring audit observations are closed within agreed timelines. * **Financial & Cost Management:** Prepare and monitor hospitality budgets, identify operational savings, and drive cost-optimization initiatives without compromising the customer experience. * **Procurement & Vendor Management:** Oversee Purchase Order (PO) creation, approvals, and tracking; onboard and evaluate third-party vendors, and negotiate commercial agreements. * **Governance & Compliance:** Strengthen governance mechanisms through process reviews and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements. * **Team Leadership & Capability Building:** Lead, coach, and mentor distributed hospitality teams to build a high-performance culture, establish KPIs, and manage individual development plans. ### Candidate Profile * **Experience:** 12 years of professional experience in Operations within the Real Estate or Hospitality industry. * **Stability:** A proven track record of stability; candidates with frequent job jumps will not be considered. * **Education:** Post Graduate / Master's degree is mandatory. * **Skills:** Exceptional communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and excellent team management capabilities.
Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
