Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP AM (PM) / SAP S/4HANA PM/MM Functional Consultant to support global business operations, manage application support, and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancements, and release management. The role involves close collaboration with global teams, ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global application support for SAP PM/MM, including incident, SLA, and escalation management
- Own and resolve functional issues, ensuring proper analysis, testing, and closure
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements
- Analyze release content and coordinate with testing teams for validation and UAT
- Configure and customize SAP PM and MM modules aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional, regional, and global stakeholder teams
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and support user training
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years SAP consulting experience in SAP PM and MM (support + projects)
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (Certification mandatory)
- Expertise in PM master data, maintenance plans, breakdown & preventive maintenance processes
- Experience with MM integration and logistics processes
- Strong understanding of SAP enterprise structure, integrations, and SDLC
- Experience working in global support models and meeting SLAs

- Ability to work with global teams and multiple stakeholders
