Position 1: IBM BPM / BAW Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM / BAW Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business process solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in IBM BPM/BAW platforms along with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Skills & Requirements:
· Hands-on experience with IBM BPM (v8.x or higher) and/or IBM BAW (v18.0.0.2 or higher)
· Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
· Experience in developing and integrating applications using:
o REST APIs
o SOAP/XML Web Services
· Good knowledge of WebSphere Process Server and application debugging
· Experience in configuration and deployment of Business Integration modules
· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using IBM BPM/BAW
· Gather and analyze business requirements, and lead requirement discussions with stakeholders
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions and process designs
· Develop and maintain a list of enhancements and system improvements
· Perform technical design reviews and code reviews
· Ensure unit testing and system testing are completed as per project plan
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPM applications and integrations
· Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams for successful delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
· Exposure to enterprise application integration
· Prior experience in production support and maintenance
