We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Package Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, selling, and managing domestic and international travel packages while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with destination selection, itinerary planning, hotel bookings, flights, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare and share travel package quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry developments.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory travel experience for customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
