Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to teach Physics and Mathematics to middle school students (Grades 6-8). The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the ICSE curriculum, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a knack for engaging young minds through interactive teaching methods.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification:B.Sc. in Physics or Mathematics (M.Sc. preferred).B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an ICSE/CBSE school (ICSE background highly preferred).
Subject Expertise:Strong conceptual clarity in middle-school Physics (Force, Light, Sound, Electricity) and Math (Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic)
Ability to conduct and supervise Physics practicals/labs for middle school.
Desired Skills
Communication: Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using smart boards, PPTs, and online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Classroom).
Pedagogy: Ability to move beyond rote learning and encourage critical thinking/problem-solving.
Classroom Management: Skilled in managing adolescent behavior with patience and firmness.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lesson plans in line with the ICSE curriculum.
Create innovative worksheets and assessments to track student progress.
Conduct remedial classes for students requiring extra support.
Participate in departmental meetings and parent-teacher interactions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
