Manager – Franchise Program Design & Partner Experience
Role Summary
We are looking for a candidate who can design and launch a “business-in-a-box” partner ecosystem by enabling trusted local individuals (teachers, LIC agents, brokers, etc.) to operate virtual financial offices in their communities.
This role will include end-to-end creation of the franchise program, including partner journey, kit, training, app flow, and unit economics and will be responsible for ensuring commercial viability and scalability of the partner model.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the micro-franchise model (pricing, earnings, structure, and unit economics)
- Define partner lifecycle:
- Recruitment → onboarding → activation → productivity → retention
- Create the value proposition for partners (₹20K–₹50K/month earning journey)
- Build the franchise kit:
- Signboards / branding assets
- Welcome kit (folders, ID, collateral)
- Local marketing material
- Define home-office setup guidelines
- Ensure premium and trust-building look & feel
- Create structured training modules:
- Financial products (Loans, AHL, MSME, etc.)
- Assisted selling techniques
- Local trust selling approach
- Develop:
- Video training
- Scripts
- Certification journeys
- Build end-to-end SOPs covering lead lifecycle, partner operations, and payout processes
- Optimize onboarding → activation funnel
- Define and drive partner productivity benchmarks (activation to steady income stage)
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 6–12 years’ experience in Franchise development / channel distribution
- Strong:
- Program-building mindset (0→1)
- Product + operations thinking
- Deep understanding of:
- Tier 2/3 customer behavior
- Assisted commerce models
- Experience working with field teams and ground-level partner ecosystems
Pay: ₹279,849.06 - ₹1,032,840.24 per year
Work Location: In person
