Job Title: Zoho CRM Operator – Real Estate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho CRM Operator to manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, lead allocation, sales tracking, reporting, and supporting the sales and marketing teams through efficient CRM operations. Prior experience with Zoho CRM in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all customer data, leads, and sales records in Zoho CRM.
- Capture, organize, and update leads received from digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, referrals, and other sources.
- Assign leads to sales executives and monitor timely follow-ups.
- Track the complete customer journey from inquiry to booking and possession.
- Ensure data accuracy by regularly cleaning, verifying, and updating CRM records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead status, sales performance, conversions, and follow-up activities.
- Generate dashboards and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth CRM workflows.
- Monitor pending follow-ups and remind the sales team to maintain timely customer communication.
- Maintain records of site visits, bookings, cancellations, payment milestones, and customer interactions.
- Assist in creating email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automated workflows using Zoho CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data management, workflows, modules, reports, and dashboards.
