Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow's AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Generative AI, along with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and intelligent service management. This role will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to define AI strategies, design scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI architecture strategy for ServiceNow implementations across enterprise business functions.
- Design scalable AI-powered solutions leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Architect intelligent workflows, automation solutions, and AI-driven service experiences across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices aligned with organizational standards.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow AI capabilities and enterprise platforms, large language models (LLMs), cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and design workshops to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Optimize AI solution performance, scalability, reliability, and user adoption.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, ServiceNow platform innovations, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, digital transformation, or ServiceNow solution architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience implementing Generative AI solutions and integrating AI services with enterprise workflows.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, App Engine, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector search, and AI orchestration concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM).
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist and other AI-powered capabilities in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- TOGAF, ITIL, or cloud certifications are an added advantage.
