Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in IT sales, software services, or digital solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software or digital solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT services/software sales preferred.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Qualification
- Any Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / IT Sales.
