* Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
* Handle guest complaints and escalations.
* Monitor staff attendance, performance, and training.
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
* Manage operational expenses and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
