Job Title: Senior Associate – CS

Key Requirements
- Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- Basic knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the relevant rules, regulations, and requirements of English Common Law jurisdictions, including ADGM and DIFC.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements for clients.
- Establish various legal structures such as Limited Liability Companies, Branches, and Limited Liability Company, including entities like Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), operational companies, tech startups, foundations, family offices, and professional associations.
- Manage corporate secretarial filings, including share allotments, share transfers, preparation of shareholder registers, capital increases, share certificates, and UBO forms.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and other mandatory documentation in line with applicable laws.
- Oversee the submission of regulatory returns by clients.
- Maintain an updated compliance calendar for clients.
- Liaise with and report to Department Heads to ensure efficient delivery of assignments.
- Build and train a team of professionals to manage corporate secretarial and compliance tasks.
- Supervise the team to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Assist in research and content creation related to corporate secretarial matters as required by senior management.
- Handle selected visa, banking, and related applications for clients in the UAE.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring their compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
