Job Title: Customer Care Executive – After Sales Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Customer Care Executive to manage after-sales service operations for the South region. The candidate will act as a key coordinator between the company, customers, and field technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technicians across the South region (primarily Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu)
- Act as a mediator between customers and the company to resolve service-related queries
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Guide technicians regarding locations, routes, and service schedules
- Maintain proper communication and follow-ups with technicians and customers
- Conduct feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of service requests, technician activities, and customer interactions
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of South Indian regions, especially Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu
- Proficiency in local languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil) along with English and Hindi
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage field operations efficiently
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
