Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales of the entire range of products for the assigned territory.
Handling distribution network of the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Identify, onboard, and manage retailers and distributors.
Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in retail outlets.
Expanding the coverage by aggressive Sales promotion activities.
Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with Super Stockiest, Distributors & Retailers etc.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and activity reports.
Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
Track stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
Work in line with company's vision and policy.
Desired Profile:
Candidates having relevant experience in FMCG Sales of Packaged foods [Pickles/ Spices/ Masalas/Confectionery/ Biscuits/ Oils]
Good communication skills, relationship building skills, team handling skills, Presentation skills
Ready to join immediately.
Languages - Tamil, English
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 Years in FMCG
Qualification : Any Degree
