About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and expand our presence across major online marketplaces and shopping platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience onboarding brands and products on various e-commerce portals and managing the complete process from registration to sales growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant platforms, creating and managing seller accounts, preparing product listings, coordinating product photography, uploading catalogues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and onboard the company on major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and other relevant fashion and saree-selling platforms.
- Identify additional online marketplaces and sales channels suitable for sarees and ethnic wear.
- Manage the complete onboarding process, documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate product photography and ensure high-quality product presentation.
- Create, optimise, and upload product listings, descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Manage inventory updates, pricing, catalogue organisation, and product launches.
- Monitor marketplace performance and suggest strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Handle order management, customer queries, and marketplace-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and timely updates.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and promotional opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing seller accounts on major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace onboarding, catalogue management, and listing optimisation.
- Knowledge of product photography requirements and online merchandising.
- Good understanding of fashion, textile, or saree products.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and e-commerce tools.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with fashion, ethnic wear, textile, or saree brands preferred.
Ideal Candidate
- Has successfully launched and managed products on multiple online marketplaces.
- Understands how to reach online customers and grow marketplace sales.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the complete marketplace setup and management process.
Salary
Salary negotiable based on experience and expertise.

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (In Person)
Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently handle the entire marketplace journey, from registration and catalogue creation to product uploads, optimisation, and sales growth.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
