KGISL Infrastructure is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with an engineering background and an MBA to support business development, client engagement, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, and experience in coordinating ongoing projects while supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, engineering, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely communication with clients and management.
- Act as a liaison between clients, engineering teams, procurement, finance, and senior management to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, technical-commercial documents, and marketing materials.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, site visits, and project review meetings.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic business decisions.
- Support tendering, business development, and contract-related activities in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, project milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings.
- Contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate across departments.
- Good understanding of engineering project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, project coordination, or client management within infrastructure, construction, engineering, EPC, real estate, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in handling technical-commercial discussions and coordinating project execution activities.
- Exposure to tendering, bidding, or contract management processes is desirable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
