About the Role
NextGenInnov8 Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Intern to support the organization's day-to-day IT administration activities. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing or recently completing MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or any other technical qualification.
The intern will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing hardware and software assets, and ensuring smooth functioning of office systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Assist in user account creation, password resets, and email configuration.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Install, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior IT personnel.
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
Assist in data backup and system maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing and AMC support.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Help set up IT equipment for meetings, events, and new employee onboarding.
Maintain proper records of IT support requests and resolutions.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed MCA (Preferred)
BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with antivirus software and system security practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
