We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in generating business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
This role is focused on lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and revenue growth for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and other portals
- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing and web development services
- Write customized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate project estimation
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals successfully
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline records
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
