Hawk Hospitality is a growing hospitality company managing premium hotels and resorts across Kerala. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our corporate sales network and expand our business presence.
Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and client-focused professional who can identify new business opportunities, conduct corporate sales meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be capable of acting as a trusted consultant by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable hospitality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and cold calling.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct corporate sales meetings.
- Deliver professional presentations to corporate clients and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hospitality solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and corporate agreements.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments with the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Represent our brand at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Hospitality Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance with excellent business etiquette.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, corporate visits, and business development activities.
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, travel, or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
