Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)
Location: Goa
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month based on experience.
Casa Regal is looking for a Night Customer Relationship Executive to manage guest communication across our holiday homes and villas in Goa.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest calls, WhatsApp messages, and booking inquiries.
- Assist guests with check-ins, directions, and stay-related questions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Ground Operations to resolve guest issues.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper handover notes for the morning team.
- Monitor all active guest conversations during the night shift.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Responsible, polite, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Freshers are welcome!
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, BPO, customer support, or guest relations is an added advantage.
