Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of B2B e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, catalogues, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Monitor product visibility, availability, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch planning, invoicing, and timely deliveries.
- Track and manage customer orders from receipt to successful fulfillment.
- Resolve listing issues, order-related queries, returns, cancellations, and customer concerns.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and product launches.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales, orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, documentation requirements, and service level agreements.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience managing B2B e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience with product catalogue management and order fulfillment.
- Good understanding of inventory management and online order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
