We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of site execution and be capable of handling day-to-day site operations independently.
The role involves supervising ongoing construction activities, coordinating with teams on-site, and ensuring work is completed as per project requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress
* Ensure execution is carried out according to drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
* Maintain site quality and safety standards
* Prepare regular progress updates and reports
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant site experience
* Good understanding of construction and site execution processes
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Strong communication and team management skills
* Willingness to work at project locations across Tamil Nadu
