Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, confirmations, employee engagement, performance review coordination, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new hires.
- Handle employee separation processes, exit interviews, and final settlements.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing in coordination with finance or payroll teams.
- Handle HRMIS updates, employee data management, and HR reporting.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage 60% in-house IT hiring responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and corporate positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
