About Position:
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, and external stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality product requirements. The candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into functional solutions, ensuring smooth product implementation and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Product Managers, and vendors to understand high-level design and architecture
- Define detailed functional requirements including source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and business logic
- Gather and document non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and serviceability
- Work directly with customers to understand their data requirements and support product implementation in client environments
- Act as a bridge between multiple product and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Prioritize and scope user stories in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Define clear and relevant acceptance criteria for user stories based on usage scenarios
- Conduct internal product demos and support stakeholders during demo activities
- Identify and define functional test considerations for user stories
- Provide support to Customer Support, Product, and Presales teams for resolving product-related queries
- Recommend product features, enhancements, and design improvements aligned with business goals
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and functional analysis
- Experience in data mapping, data integration, and transformation logic
- Familiarity with defining both functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication and articulation skills for coordinating between business and technical teams
- Experience in Agile methodologies, user stories, and acceptance criteria definition
- Exposure to product implementation and customer interaction is preferred
- Ability to support product demos, testing, and presales activities
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
