The Wedding Masters is a video editing studio specializing in wedding films and cinematic storytelling for couples, with a growing focus on high-impact wedding content built for both long-form films and social media.
Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled Video Editor with 1–3 years of experience to join our creative team. Prior wedding-line editing experience is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for niche, narrative-driven storytelling — someone who can turn raw wedding footage into emotionally compelling films, not just cut clips together.
Key Responsibilities
1.Edit wedding & wedding films, highlights and short-form social content from raw footage.
2.Apply story-driven editing — building emotional narrative arcs from candid moments, vows, speeches, and ambient sound.
3.Color grade/correct footage to a cinematic standard.
4.Sync and mix audio for polished sound design.
5.Deliver multiple formats from one shoot: cinematic long-form film, vertical social cuts, and quick highlight teasers.
5.Collaborate with videographers/photographers to match client vision.
6.Manage timelines and hit delivery deadlines
7. organize and archive raw and edited project files
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of professional video editing experience (minimum)
2. Wedding or event editing experience strongly preferred
3. Strong storytelling instinct — able to identify and highlight the most emotionally compelling moments (niche storytelling)
4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
5. Working knowledge of industry-standard software (Premiere Pro ,After Effects, DaVinci Resolve; Photoshop/Lightroom a plus)
6. Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and pacing
7. Comfortable editing for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
8. Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline

1.Overtime pay for hours worked beyond standard schedule

4.Performance-based bonuses and other incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
