Role: Quality Engineer (QE) - Mid-Level (5-6 years of experience)
Responsibilities:
Test Planning/Test execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for multiple projects, considering project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure testing timelines align with project milestones.
- Design, execute, and manage test cases for various projects, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across different projects simultaneously.
- Act as a point of contact for testing-related activities across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to prioritize testing tasks based on project timelines and critical path analysis.
Automation Testing:
- Develop and maintain a robust automation framework using tools such as Selenium, Playwright Cypress, and Cucumber to support continuous testing across projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest automation tools and technologies, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter to assess system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Knowledge of database.
Operation Support:
- Provide operational support by monitoring and addressing issues in production environments.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot complex issues, working closely with development teams for swift resolution.
- Analyze root causes of defects and propose preventive measures to improve overall software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and support, to ensure a holistic approach to quality assurance.

- Analyze and interpret performance test results, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
