About the role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive inbound demand and conversion through our most critical digital asset ie. the website. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. You will be responsible for translating product capabilities into compelling narratives, driving high-intent traffic, and optimizing user journeys to convert visitors into qualified leads and self-serve customers.
The underlying objective of the role is to generate high-quality inbound leads and drive conversion through the company’s website by combining strong product storytelling, SEO, and data-driven experimentation.
Key Requirement:
Product Positioning & Narrative

Articulate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap clearly

Create and circulate product marketing materials across teams

Translate product features into customer-centric benefits and use cases
Website as a Lead Engine

Own the website end-to-end as a conversion asset

Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys

Improve inbound sign-ups, demo requests, and engagement
SEO & Organic Growth

Build and execute SEO strategy targeting high-intent keywords

Drive organic traffic from relevant buyer personas

Partner with content teams to scale SEO-led growth
Self-Serve Conversion Funnel

Own freemium / trial-to-paid conversion journeys

Identify friction points in user onboarding and upgrade flows

Improve product-led growth (PLG) and reduce dependency on sales
Product Analytics & Experimentation

Run A/B tests across website and in-product experiences

Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and engagement metrics

Continuously optimize conversion rates and feature adoption
Background and Experience:
Experience
-
3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Digital Marketing

Experience in SaaS / product-led companies preferred

Exposure to website optimization, SEO, and conversion funnels
Core Experience
