We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters and support salary negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Support employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Digital Marketing professionals.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.
