Job Overview
We are looking for Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support technical content creation and academic material development for engineering-related learning programs.
The role involves content preparation, technical review, question creation, and coordination with the academic team. Candidates with strong subject knowledge and interest in educational content are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Content Development
- Prepare objective questions (MCQs)
- Create practice sheets and assessments
- Develop theory notes and study material
- Solve technical questions
- Prepare answer explanations
- Support recorded academic sessions
Subject Expertise
- Review technical content for accuracy
- Update content as per latest syllabus/topics
- Support academic material development
- Assist in technical proofreading
- Coordinate with the content team when required
Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification
Candidates pursuing or completed:
- B.Tech / B.E.
- M.Tech preferred
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi
- Basic MS Word and typing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in technical academic content
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Final-year or pass-out engineering students
- Candidates with teaching or content-writing experience
- Self-motivated learners with strong subject expertise
Compensation
- CTC: ₹4.8 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
